![]() Older releases of FFVI had a bug in which casting the combination of Vanish and Doom would result in an insta-kill. This invisible baddie has more HP than most end-game enemies, can absorb all elements, and is capable of decimating your entire party in one turn. Although it doesn't yield any EXP, it is worth 10 magic points, which makes it the beast of choice when grinding espers. This is easily the most powerful enemy you will encounter in the World of Balance. If you travel to Triangle Island (the small, triangle-shaped island in the northeastern corner of the world map), you will meet a dangerous beast called the Intangir. The Chimera will drop Golden Armor, which is also quite nice. Briareus's rare steal is Gaia Gear, which will definitely come in handy for the next area(s) of the game. The eastern continent on the map is home to the Chimera and Briareus, two enemies that have some really nice armor for the taking. You have a 1/16 chance of encountering them in the forest located west of the Veldt. These guys won't gain you anything particularly special unless you want a full Rage list and Beastiary. ![]() The Angel Ring and Golem will cost you 20,000 gil each Zona Seeker and the Angel Wings are slightly cheaper, with each holding a price tag of 10,000 gil. Hit up Jidoor's Auction House, where you will be able to bid on and purchase the Golem and Zona Seeker magicite shards, as well as the Angel Wings and Angel Ring relics.Go to Tzen and purchase the Seraph magicite. ![]()
